Ute Lake Ranch will include an 18-hole Nicklaus Design championship golf course, an 80-slip marina on a 13 mile-long fresh water lake, a fine dining restaurant, and a Marina Club and Golf Club with grill. In addition to spectacular golf, residents will enjoy power boating, sailing, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, skeet shooting and many other opportunities to explore this newest southwest resort community.
